PAIN

Don’t let pain hold you back…our integrative, drug-free approach will help reduce/eliminate the aches, pains, tension and stiffness that you’re experiencing. 


INJURIES

Get back in the game! We work with a wide range of injuries including those related to sport, physical activity, and work-related injuries. We are going to be prescribing rehab exercises specific to your injury and your goals. We want to help you get back to doing the activities that you love – pain free. 


RECOVERY

If you train hard, you need to recover hard. With intentional breathing, mindful movement, nutrition and sleep practices we can learn to improve recovery and increase physical and mental resilience.


PERFORMANCE

Performance is personal! Whether your goal is to qualify for the Olympic trials or wash the dishes without pain – we can help you get there!

Our Approach


Patient-Centered

Everyone experiences pain & injury differently. We all have different goals, concerns, occupational/social circumstances, passions, and struggles. Knowing this, we don’t take a cookie-cutter approach in any aspect of patient care. Every case is a blank slate. We want to find what will work best for you, and we won’t know until we learn about you.


Shared Decision-Making

There are always two experts in the room. You are the expert on your experience & how your pain/injury has impacted you. We need you involved in decision-making. This is more than just a doctor telling a patient what to do. It is two people putting their heads together to find the best way forward.


Goal-Oriented

If we do not set our intentions, any work we do will seem arbitrary. We work together with our clients to come up with realistic goals that make sense for them. Once we have done this, we identify all of the potential barriers that we might face along the way and plan accordingly.
